Short and crunchy

This TL-type bridge, shortened around the front part of the base plate in which the bridge pickup normally sits, allows the free combination with pickups, pickup frames and pickguards of all kinds, without having to sacrifice the TL-typical appearance with sheet steel base plate, raised edge and three brass saddles (here compensated). Fans of Will E. Smith e.g. even like to screw the Tele Bridge pickup directly into the wood!
The strings can either be attached to the back of the base plate (top-loaded) or guided traditionally through the body.
